How Do You Use an Inject & Grow Mushroom Bag?
Step 1: Inoculate the Bag
Inject gourmet liquid culture or gourmet mushroom spores through the self-healing injection port using sterile technique.

Store the inoculated bag under suitable incubation conditions while the mycelium colonises the substrate.
Step 3: Mix the Bag
